On-site services

 

Spend your time focusing on your program content while we take care of the logistical details.

 

  • welcome attendees—great customer service is priority one
  • manage the setup of the registration/information area
  • provide equipment to produce nametags, make copies, scan documents, and perform general administrative functions
  • distribute nametags, attendee packets, special event tickets, and other attendee material
  • process on-site registration and collect fees
  • resolve logistical and event issues
  • manage attendee inquiries in our guest services center, including recommendations on area attractions, dining, and ground transportation, among other visitor services
