Check my mailbox size                

In outlook, right click on Mailbox - LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME, and select Properties For.... in the list.

 

 

Select Folder Size from the window that appears.

 

 

Your current mailbox size will be displayed beside Total Size. Mailboxes have a quota of 300,000KB.
