The University of South Carolina will confer the designation of CAROLINA MASTER SCHOLAR to forty-three middle and high school students on December 5, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. at Russell House Theater, Russell House, 1400 Greene Street. This is the largest graduation class of CAROLINA MASTER SCHOLARS who have earned a special certificate from the University.
