Transfer Policy
Requests to transfer into another class must be received in writing at least 10 business days in advance of the event begin date. Transfer requests received at least 10 business days in advance of the event are subject to a 10% processing fee. No approval will be provided for transfer requests received less than 10 business days in advance of the program. We will gladly accept participant substitutions with at least 24 hours advance notice. Transfers are not permitted after the program begins.
We are sorry, but no transfers or substitutions are available for online courses or certificate programs.
This transfer policy does not apply to the Carolina Master Scholars Adventure Series or Duke TIP Scholars programs. Please refer to their website for more details.
