The University of South Carolina is committed to offering classes to meet the needs of working adults, parents, military, and other students who require a more flexible schedule. These courses are full academic credit courses, taught by experienced and competent instructors--some of whom are full-time faculty as well. These classes are open to all students at the university, and you will find a diverse student population in them.
Flexible Class Schedules
The Evening Program offers a wide array of undergraduate courses beginning at 5:30 p.m. or later. In addition to full semester classes, accelerated courses that meet for half a semester are offered that allow for faster progression toward degree goals.
Full semester Evening classes meet MW or TTh, 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. or 7:00 to 8:15 p.m.
Accelerated classes meet MW or TTh, 5:30 to 8:15 p.m.
Shuttles provide transportation between parking areas and academic buildings.
