Standard Commercial Loans

Before selecting a loan program, be careful to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of each choice. Financial programs all vary in repayment timelines, APRs, and more. Some factors to consider before financing include:

  • Investigate every financing option and program available including your local credit union or bank.
  • Look for a plan that offers the most flexibility in repayments and charges a reasonable interest rate.
  • Borrow as little as possible.
  • Understand your personal credit history. Personal credit information can be found at the following agencies; Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union. South Carolina residents can receive a free credit report from these agencies by calling thes numbers:
    • Equifax: 1-800-685-1111
    • Experian: 1-888-397-3742
