The integrity of battlefields across the globe continues to be threatened by a variety of human and natural factors. Join preservationists, planners, policy makers as they discuss best practices in battlefield preservation. Share successes and failures. Come to Columbia in 2014 to a Call to Action in battlefield preservation. Attend a field trip to the 1780 Camden Battlefield, a Revolutionary War battlefield in Camden, South Carolina. There will be opportunities to tour other battlefields from the American Revolution and the American Civil War.
