Thank you for your interest in the University of South Carolina's Division of System Affairs and Extended University. As one of the nation's premier institutions of higher learning, the University of South Carolina encompasses a wide range of educational opportunities that broaden perspectives, enrich awareness, and assist individuals in preparing for careers.

The four Regional Campuses of the University located in Allendale (with a site in Walterboro), Lancaster, Sumter and Union (with a site in Laurens) offer coursework leading to baccalaureate and graduate degrees. These campuses bring the resources of the state's flagship university to their respective communities and offer excellence in teaching and scholarship by a truly outstanding faculty.

USC's Extended University is comprised of two program areas: Credit Programs and Non-Credit Programs.

Credit Programs are designed for students who need courses at convenient sites and times compatible with their family and occupational schedules. Courses are offered for academic credit through the Evening, Fort Jackson and Weekend Programs. Adult Student Services include advisement, orientation and scholarship services to enrolled students.

Non-Credit Programs incorporate University resources in sponsoring conferences, summer programs and coordinating CEU's.

Whether it is a conference or a class for University credit, our Extended University professionals will incorporate innovative ways to provide learning without limits.
